Basically as a healer, unless we have a mob targeted, we see neither the aggro meters beside peoples names, nor do we see the mobs casting bar. This could be partly remedied by having the aggro bars always showing and always showing mob(s) engaged. This is a healer specific query. I cant be the only healer thats finding this an issue.
