Keyboard and mouse, but targeting is still an issue with the mouse. They added the way you click on mobs to the name above their heads, which really makes no sense when you're fighting groups and if you click on their bodies it's been awful ever since they increased the mob size. I don't think they even adjusted it to go with the increase of size which is god awfully lazy.

yes ^_^, I find my self using a gamepad along with mouse and keyboard. Though I use the game pad more when I solo.
