Why would RMTs buy land? As far as I'm aware, you can't sell land to other players, only abandon it (at that point the game picks the land back up and puts it back on the market place).

Honestly, I hope RMTs are stupid enough to think you can sell land to other players. Think of how much gil they'll be loosing before they realize how stupid they are and abandon the land so legit players can buy it.

You guys realize that when these houses come out and the person with the most gil gets the deeds for the large land areas... well, the RMT's are about to get a Mass pay day

if there is a demand, there will be a market - until no one wants to buy gil, gil will always be for sale

My Observation is... that players will buy gil to buy the Deeds which will screw anyone from normally purchasing large land deeds from actual reduced prices.

How could that screw anyone over? There is NO LIMIT to the amount of land on the market. FC's aren't going to be buying ten million pieces of land (why would they?). Once those that can afford to buy the land at the initial price, the next created lands will go down in price.

the large land deeds vs the small land deeds and you sit and wait until the zones are bought out then rush again to buy large land deeds not that players are gunna buy land and try to sell them there is 1000's of FC's so ehhhh you'll see

number of fc's doesn't matter, land is unlimited. Relax.
