Unable to set up a subscription

Hi there. If this is the wrong forum for this, I apologize.

I can't buy Crysta due to my region (Puerto Rico) not being available. I can't find an option to directly set up a subscription with my Credit Card, as I did with FFXI once.

Searching a bit, I read about UGC for adding Crysta, but I didn't have the option to type the code that they would send me, and also read about Game time cards, but only found EU ones.

So basically, am I missing something obvious here (most likely) or will I be unable to play the game?
