Devs, can we have a "Mentor" function?

Please for the love of god no. The general attitude of new players are even worse than experienced players. At LEAST just as bad if not worse. You can't give anyone any advice without being told to go F yourselves.

That's a lot coming from you. Considering how many people you had mentor you when you started. I've yet to have any troubles out of the new players.

This however, is a good idea the mentor system worked in FFXI and could work well here also.

Having mentors would help the newer players out and help get them into the game faster I've met many people who have helped mentor others.

I would suggest making a mentor system with mechanics similar to that of a friends list except showing the name of the mentor and possibly the use of the M icon like was done in FFXI
