Sup Behemoth,

Focused has been active in several games with gamers from all walks of life. We stand by a ruling that real life (RL) comes first. We play these games to conquer them and hopefully walk away with a reward for our time and commitment. Understanding that each and every gamer in this community is a person and not just some pixels on your screen keeps the respect levels high and the camaraderie towards progression even higher. We cherish this and live by it.

Recruitment: Limited. No longer looking for specific classes/jobs. Looking for solid gamers.

Progression: Community is first around these parts but progression follows close behind. Here's our progression.

Primals: All (Incl. Leviathan) on farm.

Coils: Majority of the members who pursue Coils has T1-5 on farm. T6 Downed.

PvP: 4 Lv30s. 15+ Members Lv22+.

Average iLvL of FC: i85+

Requirements: TeamSpeak, Site application, Be active and have a mature attitude towards people & gaming.

A LITTLE UPDATE FROM FOCUSED
Our community since its opening has grown substantially. I would personally like to take the time now and thank the members of our Fc who have time and time again proven that community above all else is what makes a game. We have driven past all content as a community and never waivered from our core values. As a community we are now 100 members actively strong and growing. This is something that the core team of focused could not have predicted, and we thank you all for that! Our additional officers along with our "battlefield reporter" have helped us to grow in ways that we could have never imagined.

A little bit about our core values and what we're looking for :

Most people have laughed at how we have a policy of "you drive yourself". We have always wanted self-driven people who are capable of handling content on their own. As a Free company we will never set up a static for you , never hold your hand or carry you through content. We will never ask static members to join our Fc or allow static members of a set group a free pass to get into our fc . We have a very rigorous Interview process and trial period that all members must go through and understand. This is to make sure when you are accepted into the Fc you are already part of the Focused family . We have that atmosphere and it's something regardless of how good a player is in game we cannot force.

If I haven't "offended you by offending you" just yet then please come and apply We're not for everyone and that's ok with us, but for those who get what we are about and want a community that's going to be there in the long haul, come check us out .

Anyone looking for a home should come and check out Focused. For starters, it is such a great community. There are lots of different personalities, lots of laughter, and overall just down to earth. We respect each other and we avoid drama at all cost because...


Focused are generally FFXIV players, however, we do have some players that game in other MMOs (but they always come back in our chat rooms because we are VERY entertaining and informative). Most of our players are on top of end-game content and have already cleared/farmed/sold primals and coils runs. We do welcome players of all levels; however, we do not form statics or make groups for you. The reasoning being is we are a community. It is not based on static groups. Not only that, we want players to be motivated to do it themselves. If you want something done, get it done. But yea, Go FOCUSED!

My first FC was great, it was based around a core group of very nice friendly, helpful and skilled players.
Unfortunately the leader of that free company left the game, so we merged into a larger fc, but they just didn't hold onto the same values of that first fc.
And so, I parted ways and joined Focused. Unlike a lot of other fc's, it is not a band of mercenaries where the majority of the members just log in one day a week. Its a company of active and committed players and we try and build on that sense of community.

TLDR I agree with "Hawt Dawg".
