Hello,

I've had an issue for the last month which was completely my fault. I purchased a Valor surcoat when i intended to purchase a Warriors curiass. I contacted in game support and got a response within two days. They had told me to respond with this information:

Item that you purchased: Valor Surcoat
Date/Time of item purchase: October 2 - 7PM
Item that you wish to receive in exchange: Warriors Cuirass
Currency used (i.e. Allagan Tomestones of Philosophy, Allagan Tomestones of Mythology, Grand Company Seals, special vouchers, bombard ash) and amount: 895 Tomestones of Mythology

The ticket on in-game support didn't updated when i replied and trying to open another ticket doesn't do anything. Its been almost 4 weeks since the first ticket was opened and i'm not sure how to contact support so i'm posting it on here.
