Welcome the the Northern Sky <Sky> Recruitment thread!!!

Background: Order of the Northern Sky is a fully devoted, FFXIV only, mature, Rank 5, medium paced raiding guild on the Diabolos server. It was founded by a dedicated group of loyal friends and family in the beta days of FFXIV and is still going strong! The free company is kept at a medium size, with an ultimate vision of forming a full 24 man raiding team. The FC is lead by a group of officers who vote on the future progression of Northern Sky and no one officer has a final say. We always do our best to keep things fair for our members so that no one is left behind. When people see someone in the Northern Sky, we want them to instantly know that they are with a quality player who cares about the FFXIV community.

Raiding: Northern Sky moves at a medium pace. We are not about world firsts and do not expect our members to make it to every single raid. We do ask that you let us know of your absence ahead of time so we can plan around it. Currently we raid Coil on the weekend: Saturday @ 11:00am Central time. We do not set up dedicated raid teams, as we like all our members to play together and avoid cliques. We rotate people in and out as we need, but are working towards filling out another full FC raid team so that no one has to sit out. During the week we run myth tome farming groups // relic quest chain groups // Titan HM.

Recruitment: Northern Sky keeps a strict guideline of who we allow into the free company. Our ideology of potential recruits consists of the following criteria:

Current Needed Jobs: SMN, MNK, DRG, BLM

• Must have a positive attitude and reflect that upon the FFXIV community

• Understand that the free company progresses as a unit and not as one individual

• Be willing and able to meet raid times or message an officer about being absent

• Contribute to the free company in a positive way

• Be willing and able to log into our mumble server during raid times

• Dedicate yourself to mastering your chosen class

• Have fun!!
