They have a business schedule, we happen to fall in that dead zone of maintenance. Someone's going to get caught in it, I guess it's just a "me" thing if we're going to come whinging everytime maintenance comes around, yet everyone continues to talk about bugs and content and whatever-else-people-aren't-satisfied-with-most-of-the-time.

It's a recurring issue because it's a huge problem that thousands are upset about it, forums are a vocal minority but if more people actually bothered with the forums, you would see more of these threads on a daily basis.

They have changed the emergency maintenance hours once already, I don't see why they can't change them again but this time instead of putting it on a permanent shift they could actually rotate them so not everyone is affected.

Like I said, I understand the concept of a maintenance, I have played MMO's since 2001 and not once have I complained as most companies only do them once a week or actually do them at different times so the same region isn't always caught straight after work hours... Square seems to think it's fine to bash the same region every 2-3 days, this is not fair and for a subscription based model they should really care about customers affected by this.

I'm not asking them to completely change it, I'm not even complaining about the idea of a maintenance, I just want them to think about those that are always screwed by this on a daily basis.

Rotate them so everyone gets a little downtime, not just Oceanic and Nightshift players.
