Let me guess, you aren't affected by this issue eh? because if you were, you wouldn't be defending them right now.

I understand having to constantly change rosters when Emergency Maintenance is required can be a hassle, but we are paying them for a service. That payment should be included as counter measures for this problem.

If your internet connection kept shutting off every 2 days, would you sit there and say "oh that's ok, I'll let them fix it later" and continue paying the bill? or would you be pretty frustrated and change ISP's?
