Bug - Ifrit Bleeds, Can We Kill It

Hi guys,

I recently finished the main story which led me onto the hard mode primals, first Ifrit. I got the quest where I have to attune to the Aetheryte at Zahar'ak, I make my way to the artheryte and when I attune to it, the quest completion box comes up. I click complete, it tells me quest complete and the duty finder has been updated with The Bowl Of Embers (Hard Mode). But the quest is still in my log and Hard Mode Bowl of Embers is not in my duty finder. I have attuned to the aetheryte several times and the same thing keeps happening. I exited the game and logged back in but no success.

Can you advise ?

The same is happening for the "In for Garuda Awakening" quest. I attune to the aetheryte at Natalan, get the quest completion box, hit accept at which point "Quest Complete" pops up, and it says my duty finder has been updated and have unlocked the Howling Eye (Hard). But the quest remains open, and duty finder is not updated. Did exactly as you did, tried logging out and back in with no luck.

Someone just posted a similar situation on GameFAQs. Is your inventory full when completing the quest? For whatever reason, it blocks the completion of this quest if so.
