There is another user on here that works for an ISP in Virginia. His research points to network issues with the ISP hosting the North American datacenter's connection in Montreal. Unfortunately, there's no way to know if Squeenix is aware of load issues on their provider's network. Do not expect any response from anyone affiliated with the company in any capacity.
