Why would't their time be more valuable to them than your time? It'd be pretty damn unusual if they cared about your time more than their own. Seriously, stop blaming the people and blame the system that incentivizes them to behave this way. It's SE's fault.

Actually, healers have enormous queues as well. I get 20+ min queues on Scholar all the time.
