Please give me a bigger blacklist for stupid gold scammers

im at 190/200 after playing 2 months and keep getting spammed everyday by those stupid gold scammers , now im reaching my blacklist limit and cant even think what ill do when i hit the limit , they keep making new accounts and not being stopped

as a paying customer i would expect square enix to take care of them , but since its somehow not possible and i have to do the annoying task of blacklisting multiple gold scammers everyday , AT LEAST GIVE ME A BIGGER BLACKLIST !!!

500 would be Ok , 1000 great.

Or they could just stop being lazy or incompetent and give us a click on name in chatlog and blacklist+report (with it including the text of the message) like any decent mmo dev.
This should really be a 2 mouseclick type operation.
Even better, blacklist+report should also remove the tell from my chatlog since tells and infrequent ls chatter are in the same window in my ui, right now even after they are blacklisted the offending text still lingers in the chat window.
Why isnt there a button to clear the text on a chat window?

or you can just DELETE the 1st few 100. they are longed banned and banned accounts dont have the names removed.

yeah not having to type in names like SDFS GDGFS would be awesome too , also ive tried the reporting feature and its so user unfriendly i couldnt be bothered to fill it out , but still the limit needs to be increased to handle the crazy amounts of those scammers in this game

well yeah , that what i was planning to do anyway , for each new scammer that comes after #200 ill delete one from the first ones , but i cant tell for sure if they banned or not , id be rather to have them stay on my blacklist unless they show as (deleted)
