The Thunderclud proc would give you 1 full GCD to get you first tick after transpose, as otherwise you would just be waiting for you first tick before being able to use Bliz III.
Yoshi-P is doing his best and is patching Endwalker. Please wait warmly until it is ready.
hmmm interesting. Do you guys know how much dps loss would be if I do Flare > Transpose > Thundercloud > Firestarter compared with the suggested rotation? Just wondering because the suggested rotation is longer and for the one I use, after firestarter I can easily throw a fire and cast flare again and then the transpose should be up again for use.
I don't understand why this would be a "rotation" anyway?
You cant guarantee proc's, this vaguely looks like it may be a aoe rotation? but I don't know why you would even have those thundercloud and firestarter proc's during an aoe rotation?
Having a lot of fun with Aether Manip in T9. I think this is probably the first fight where I would say most BLMs should be using it regularly, I know in other fights it's useful at certain occasions, but it seems as long as I have someone (bard in my case) knowing I plan on aethering to them, it's made this fight 10x less annoying.
sorry for being MIA for bit... too busy getting rich (aka working -.-)
I'll go through the posts and answer some Q's in a bit while revamping DET vs INT page with all the data from last week, which was quite a bit.
Can't wait to see what happens myself as well.
Cheers.
i really appreciate your hard work puro. since most of your data are excel calcs and this way some sort of "theoretical best case scenarios", i still cant live with the fact that det has so less value for us as blm than for other classes. i mean, even some bards shift from pure crit build (thanks to new ilvl 110 gear) to some sort of det build (331 det with buttons) and are crushing some really good numbers. dragoons had that twist around xmas/new year when exm and others collected ingame data and disproved the old formula of valk (which favoured crit too much). maybe its just me, i dont know for sure and i cant prove the feeling i have about this issue (since my main is pld).sorry for being MIA for bit... too busy getting rich (aka working -.-)

Updated 'INT vs DET' Page....
---
INT = fixed damage increase for each spell (makes sense because it correlates with potency). The values are pretty much the same as before 7 months ago.
DET = Seems like there might be a trend where more DET = more INT worth. (ie. takes less and less DET to equal 1 INT the more DET you have). Still inconclusive though. I'll try to get more data (please kill me). Also going to need more data for testing different Weapon Damage and its effect on DET (and of course vs. INT) (/wrist)
But after averaging out all the cluster-F's in the end: ~5 DET (4.7) = 1 INT
Hello!!
I'm not good at english, so sorry for hard to understand my txt.
I came to here from 'INT vs DET'. that's very interesting page!! and thanks for taking data.
then,Would you tell me total DET in each(total INT 526,453 and 377)?
DET seems that increasing total det is more effective.
Base DET at lvl 50 is 202. Just add whatever's in 'Added DET' column to it.Hello!!

DET seems that increasing total det is more effective.
ie.
0 = 202 total
13 = 215 total (202+13)
104 = 306 total (202+104)]
----
Gonna be getting more data whenever I can as well.
