I am pretty sure that tanks will normally get it followed by healers anyway.

It should be anonymous, so why would there be a debate in pt? WoW does not have this so not sure what you meant?

As long as there is no down voting it should be fine. true that pre-made groups wont benefit, maybe they would be awarded the same amount points for joining as a group? to encourage premade teams more.


Dps also can defiantly get voted, if the run goes well, with no flaming and no bad behavior asking to be up voted even if you didn't have any advice to give is fine, the goal of the system is to stop bad behavior. you don't have to be super helpfully, just contribute to the group effort
