Error 9000 Network Instability

Hello,

Even after the emergency maintenance declaring that network instability has been resolved, (10/30 4:59 am) I still have not been able to log in. The 9000 error is still popping up. It is now 10/30/2013 at 8:03 am. (3 hours since the reported fix.) I have not seen anyone else report the issues nor are there any reports of emergency or planned network fixes at this time. Could I receive some feedback on this issue?
