Limit character creation to once every 12 hours.
Limit ability to send tells to level 10+.
Make blacklisting a character blacklist that entire account.
Add easily toggle-able option to hide tells from players not on Friends List/Free Company/Linkshells.
Add right-click reporting, have report tied to account rather than character.
Automatically remove deleted characters from players' blacklist.

Limiting character creation is (apparently) pointless since the account itself is supposed to be what is banned, not just the character. And until the account is banned, that character is still active. So it would only inconvenience legit players. The /tell limitation might be a bit too harsh as well to be at lv10. RMT tend to bot everything they do, so botting to lv10 isn't exactly a problem. Again, it'd really only inconvenience legit players.

The b-listing of the entire account would be great, but I'm sure it has it's own problems. Like if someone shares an account, you dislike one person on that account, but befriended the other. You wouldn't really have known you just b-listed someone you like to talk to. That sort of thing. And as far as RMT is concerned, their accounts are (supposedly) banned, not just the character. So it's of minimal effect there.

The rest would be nice (or of minimal impact, in the case of the hide tells thing).

I'm not going to lie.... hitting lvl 10 is not hard at all, especially since you can obtain it thru just punching things outside of the grand cities.

We'd force them to bot to lvl 10 but at the same time, that means, everything they bot will also be on the market-boards.

I just want an option to not appear in search results unless its from people in my linkshell/FC/friends. I'm sick and tired of those annoying tells.
