Let me reboot this with Kilta on ignore.
I gotta go back 3-30 pages to find my original point.

I don't want to start an argument about it and I know multiple teams work on multiple things, but someone is animating jump could just as well be animating me summon Ifrit. I doubt they have multiple animation teams. Would you rather unlock new jobs and more defined abilities via quests (quested content was #1, btw) or would you rather they work on throwing away a working system like the Market Wards and implementing an Auction House (after months and months MORE of development).

People really want that? I think a new poll would show that they don't.
Basically I am saying:
There's a team working on Market Wards which we all agree are functional. Does the majority want them to stop working on that and start working on an Auction House? Wouldn't this stifle the implementation of new content that delivers new items to a new distribution system? Do you want content (new items/recipes) on hold while you wait for a system we already have?

Then I was told (despite my disclaimer) different teams work on different things. Yes, but while one major thing is being worked on several other things related to it are on hold as evidenced by the battle system.

So if this is incorrect - feel free to correct me.

New Items/Recipes (and the content that contains them, and the mobs that drop them, and the animations that go with those mobs and who the f knows what else) should not be implemented until a system to distribute these items is in place. That's what I'm asserting or asking.
