Market Wards, enough is enough

In terms of convenience, even Tanaka, back in November, had mentioned a delivery system to be implemented in the first patch of 2011.

Further adjustments to retainers
An increase in retainer inventory capacity
An increase in the number of items that can be placed in a retainer's bazaar
A fix assuring that retainers do not leave their bazaar locations after server maintenance
The addition of a sale/purchase history
Functionality changes to the "buying" feature
The addition of a delivery service

Bolding added by me for emphasis. Some sort of delivery system makes sense. The details .... I don't know.

I personally feel that the market wards are well-featured enough now to not really need the auction house. But I guess the systems can coexist if there is a limit on the number of things you can sell on the AH.

I agree a poll is a bad idea.

However, reasonable minded people can agree that what people voted on in January when the Wards were a goddamn mess and what people would vote on now when they are starved for new gear, new recipes, new things to do - might be vastly different things.

I think both is a good compromise. AH with limited slots like 10. And SE can put in both. Just remove player bazaar. And let people call retainer from anywhere. So people can sell item from both retainers and an AH. One of my pet peeves is the afk people lagging up the town. This was a pet peeve from any game. Just make an AH bidding and retainer being the buy now. This will lieviate the issue of over stocking the auction houses. Which was an issue in ffxi. It was almost faster to set up a bazaar in jeuno/white gate and shout what items your selling. Or keep/do all three. More options = more players

lol that was the most dumbest reads ever..... Who ever wrote it must have forgoten that AH are still PLAYER RAN and still have PLAYER MADE PRICING.
Make up your own pricing and judge what is fair. That how stuff works.
Watch how thirf stores are run or pawn shops. There is no blue book in ffxiv. Just make what you feel is a fair price.
A think on chronical/ inside eddition (i forget which) had a few stores like this. one person said
"it is better to buy the item and to find it at a lower price, then to miss out on an item completely"
