Why do you respond like this when you know darn well what people are asking?
It's not just you a lot of people on thee forums take microscope things like this and it's far annoying...

Why do YOU respond like this is a better question?

FFXI NPCs have had unique appearances throughout the game, it's important for NPCs to have distinct appearances. People shouldn't expect to be able to imitate every major character in the game.

This isn't entirely true.

Professor Shantotto's appearance was completely doable by players, and she was the best NPC in that entire game (if you disagree, you are of course objectively wrong, Shantotto forever)

Though since we're on the subject of clothing, is there a way for players to get equipment that looks like the outfit a lot of Ul'dahn citizen NPCs wear? It's dark-colored with gold trim, sort of Persian-looking, and there's art for it in the book that came with the CE. It's neat.

No but seriously, there's probably no actual item name for her apparel. I'm pretty sure it only exists for her character, but maybe if lots of people ask SE to put it in-game as some kind of special reward/costume, they'd do it eventually...
