Whats wrong with Monks? (or am i missing something)

Yo guys, since release i checked forums and i was never satisfied with rotations posted here. I play a monk myself and i would say i play him very well. There were so many discussions about using dots or not and how and stuff. I dont think there is any reason that you dont use any of those 3 dots. Every dot has more potency than snap punch or impulse drive.
Now after the first two twintania kills, they both had monks. And both of them didnt use dots properly. I cannot speak for BG since i didnt see dots clearly but for the world second, he didnt use fracture. Why the hell doesnt he use fracture? I just dont get it seriously.

I know there is no static rotation on paper which is the "best" but still you should be able to squeez in all the dots without a problem, even Impulse drive without getting problems with TP. At least from the world first(s) i expected a better monk play.

Considering you get TP song here and there you dont need to worry at all abt TP. If not, it depends on the fight. Titan HM is a good example that with ID TP will be a problem at the end. Twintania isnt a problem without TP song if you hold it a bit back until conflag phase begins. I dont see a better way to use PB and as you can see it is not difficult to use all dots at all.
