    You can, but it may not be worth the bill you incur for international rates.

    I can only speak for NA, but our customer service groups are in dire need of improvement. Always have been for a decade or so now. I've never had email issues resolved and phone results take waaaay too long. Either they're not using their time correctly or they're severely understaffed. Also, their policy is years behind that of most customer service jobs now, demeanor wise.

    This low low low almost not there customer support is not acceptable in a mmo of today. It's a major turn off for me with the game is part of the reason I find myself playing this less and less.

    My friend have been banned since the free trial for previous 1.0 owners ended, and he has yet to recieve any reply on the 3 tickets, or any mail about the banning.
    He got no idea why he was banned. He only reached lv 32 with about 40k gil or so.

    And it might just be him and me, but finding a phone number for support in the EU, is just god damn impossible. Or any phone number for that matter... Hell, just a simple thing as live chat support, require you to go through several other pages of useless tips/support.

    SE's support is just so freakin horrible outdated. I swear the support center is just 3 dudes, locked away in a deep dungeon, living on rice and water, and to power their PC/phone they need to take turns on a bike hooked up to a generator.

    It does seem like they have very little staff and a whole lot of auto response emails. I feel bad for your friend I really hope something is fixed soon
