I submitted an email for customer support and they didn't get back to me until 2 weeks later. It regarded logging in, so, I was frustrated. I actually decided to log on their chat line and also call them at the same time. I waited an hour and forty minutes on both the chat and phone until someone answered the phone. It was ridiculous, but, if you're really wanting some help from them, from my experience your best bet is so call and wait an eternity.
