SE Doesn't do updates enough to fix bugs, people complain.

No. If the game was unavailable for days at a time, there might be a possibility of compensation. This happened in the case of a catastrophic event (the big Japan earthquake) where SE chose to shutdown its games due to the scarcity of electricity in the wake of the event. Players were not charged for the month in which the event occured.

They were also not charged for the whole year, because the event occured in the extended free time period.
