Fancy math aside, I should say that I play as a WAR, only a WAR, no other classes, and I don't think the changes are in-line with the way the class currently feels. The plan is to take away some of it's self reliance in order to make it more efficient to heal. The only changes I really felt were necessary is increase WAR magic damage mitigation and increase the bloodlust effect, WAR's current self heals are worthless, except Inner Beast. I don't believe the off-tank should have to be micromanaged like the main tank, since generally speaking the mobs to pick up will not hit as hard as the boss.

Also Mercy Stroke is terrible; it doesn't even make sense that something needs to die to make it effective, just make it heal you no matter what when the mob is at 20% or less. You could even make it a WAR trait so no other classes got it.

Edit: I should have mentioned I agree with the new Holmgang changes, I almost never use that ability and when I do generally can't hit the target since it gets out of range by the time the animation goes off.
