AT BEST, and that is using both Berserk & VG, you can get full stack of wrath @ 12.5 seconds. And then you are back back to the default 20 >_>

dude... seriously... I never onced claimed it was accurate info, I was estimating. I don't memorize my shit, I just play and play well...

And at a GCD of 2.3 ish, thats 1->2->3->1->2->3->1->2 for full wrather without any wrath giving abilties and is 18.4 seconds actually... if you want to get exact. Assuming you have some level of skill speed etc. But still that 20% reduction is up 6 seconds in every 20 second window, that's decent imo none the less. And in a pinch you could have it up for 12 seconds with the instant wrath ability and up again shortly after that with vengeancy/berserk.

and in 1->2->3->1->2->3->1->2 you don't have to count the last gcd, since inner beast is off gcd.
