How do we know that inner beast is 20% reduction?

AT BEST, and that is using both Berserk & VG, you can get full stack of wrath @ 12.5 seconds. And then you are back back to the default 20 >_>

Anyway, a VERY good upgrade that puts is on par with PLD and fixes useless crap WAR had (holmgang anyone?) or vegancne which is just a wrath fille


Now finally WAR is balanced & on par with PLD.
I just hope that SE when they design content they test it with ALL classes to avoid the same mistake happening (i.e. balancing content with one job, assuming the other job will be the same).

"Do your math again" [cit]. Using skill like vg, considering that inner beast is NOT in gcd, it only takes from a max of 17.5s (8 skills rotation, only 7 gcd to wait), to a min of 10 seconds (5 skills rotation + 2 buffs, only 4 gcd). NOT counting Infuriate, that instantly gives 5 wrath.

17.5 seconds max, 10 seconds min every 90-120s (105 avg, but let's say 120s to make calcs easier and count some mistakes), 0 seconds every 60s.
So in 120s you can use the 17.5s rotation up to 6 times, 1 time the 10s and 2 times the 0s. Average is calculated as (17.5*6+10*1+0*2)/(6+1+2)=115/9=12.7s

So yes, you can use inner beast every 12.7s average. Well, less, since I've considered berserk's cd as 120s while it's 90s.

12.5s average is pretty accurate. Nothing "sad" about that.

1- Your math is wrong, seriously.
2- It is not 17.5 MAX to use IB, you got that wrong. It is 17.5 to have IB up, you still need 20 second (give or take miliseconds depending on your SS) to use IB. In case you didn't know, IB is NOT off the GCD >_>;
3- Using average is also completely misleading; that is why there is a concept in math called "mean", did you hear about it?

dude... seriously... I never onced claimed it was accurate info, I was estimating. I don't memorize my shit, I just play and play well...

And at a GCD of 2.3 ish, thats 1->2->3->1->2->3->1->2 for full wrather without any wrath giving abilties and is 18.4 seconds actually... if you want to get exact. Assuming you have some level of skill speed etc. But still that 20% reduction is up 6 seconds in every 20 second window, that's decent imo none the less. And in a pinch you could have it up for 12 seconds with the instant wrath ability and up again shortly after that with vengeancy/berserk.

and in 1->2->3->1->2->3->1->2 you don't have to count the last gcd, since inner beast is off gcd.
