    As a matter of fact I did read it - otherwise I wouldn't have replied in the first place. It is similar in terms of potency to Rage of Halone (250 / 260), and to some extent in the effects too: it lowers the target's strength instead of the damage - meaning magical enemies will deal less damage as well with Storm's path except of decreasing a stat only used by physical mobs. Except RoH doesn't also heal you. And no, it will cost 20 TP less, if we want to be 100% accurate.

    To those saying that WAR will outshine PLD or the other way around, they haven't even announced what changes they are making to PLD yet. I would hold your fire until you have all the information presented to you. For all you know they may have made a lot of adjustments on PLD also.

    I actually loved the idea of "The harder you hit, more heal you get", it made WAR a not-so-easy and "strange" tank class. Now, with these buffs WARS will become a 2.0 pld, and this is kinda sad. When you go around you only see wars full-vit with tons of hp (these people in my opinion are missing the point of wars) caused by the fact that we have pratically 0 damage mitigation and going full-vit is the only way to be a viable tank.
    The buffs that we need (in my opinion) are buffs (Who said Bloodbath? ) that allow us to ACTUALLY heal ourselves (i mean, you are a freaking boulder with a 2-freaking-hand axe, why in the seven hell you have to go full vit to actually be a viable tank???).

    We have good dps (dont come here to tell me "you're not a dps class so war dps= pld dps, because i ALWAYS hit 300+ (with the defiace damage reduction) with 400+ crits With all cds activated (berseker, unchained and the crit skill of mnks) i can easily hit 600 dmg with some 900+ crits (and im not even full str (something like 6.7k hp with defiance)) why cant we use it to actually be a viable tank? It's really sad to have to go full vit to be accepted in end-game content.
    With these buff in my opinion nothing will change, wars full-vit will be always preferred and when some war geared with some strength will join a party he will hear "Oh god...You only have *insert number between 6000-7000* hp!!111 You cant tank.* *Mighty Warrior has left the party.*

    Sorry for the wall of text (and sorry for my english)

    WAR has the same effective HP as a PLD in their respective tanking stances. Even with the +healing change it is still less efficient to heal a WAR by 5%.

    If you're going to be using Inner Beast every time it lights up in 2.1 you're going to be doing it so wrong.

    You're assuming SE wants the Storm's Eye debuff to be up 100% of the time.

    Nerfed?

    Inner Beast got a MASSIVE buff. Like, insanely, gloriously massive.

    20% flat DR for 6 seconds is tremendously better than the extra self-healing. It scales with content and stands to significantly reduce external healing requirements vs. current IB if used well.
