Ya know, when you are trying to argue to have something done in your favor, or to get people to sympathize with your cause; here is an example of something you don't do.

They changed it for entitled Americans

Just so you know, you are saying the same things all those 'entitled Americans' said. So I guess that makes you an 'entitled [insert nationality here],' or are you some how clear from being called 'entitled' since you aren't North American?

Beat me to it. A guy whines about bad maintenance time and asks for a change due to his individual experience but Americans are the only "entitled" people on earth. Zzz
