Do you want Crafting to be like WOW levels up based on points system instead of exp?

I personaly do i know its easy to cap a crafting in ffxiv with triple leve quests in the period of 1 or 2 days so i dont see the point in the time sink with exp leveling where u can level with point systems like in wow and cap faster than wait for allowance to fill up and cap 2-3 craftings in few days

No. These are classes not just a craft you take. Doesn't make sense to make it like WoW.

I do not want to see any changes to the crafting system, personally I think it's great the way it is. I was never a huge fan of the wow crafting system or wow in general myself. The current system gives me something to do while I wait for more content to be added and the more crafts you get to 50, the easier it all becomes, which I think is great.

I really like the crafting system. I like how if you push yourself to get the best crafting gear and cross class abilities you can HQ nearly every time. You might be able to level fast but you still need to work on keeping up your gear to reliably HQ and thus minimise leve allowance expenditure.

I have never played WoW and have no idea how crafting works and can't deduce much from that post. You get some kind of points and it gives you levels? If that's the case then no thanks.

no, I hated skill up points for crafts in FFXI. They took so long to level up in the higher levels. I rather not relive that again.

God NO. SE love of the RNG would kill crafting. Crafting is fine the way it is right now. If anything it's the
    one thing they got right.

Oh OP means points like 0.1 of a level for doing synths? Yeah still no, never got past about 90 goldsmith in XI, and many later synths were pure loss. Current system rewards you for making extra effort, and those moments after I log in and can be getting 400% exp bonuses on synths is satisfying (Max HQ benefit, GC book bonus and rested exp ).

Doesn't seem like you're asking for it to be faster to level overall, since you state it's quick as it is. Not sure what the benefit would be. Think it looks nice and coherent to have the crafts as classes with ordinary levels and gearing is fun.

Great the way it is, definitely the best crafting out of any game I tried.
