You two need to try legacy type movement settings. With it I can dodge every red zone with ease.
Only time i have to use mouse in this game is to aim a move like flaming arrow.
I hope they add a way to to aim stuff like that with the keyboard.
Keyboard camera and movement in regards to turning is incredibly slow.
Every. Single. Ground. Effect. In. The. Game.
You try avoiding every Weight of the Land, Landslide, and Bomb Boulder in Titan Hard mode with using nothing but keyboard for movement and camera control. It's simply not possible. You two need to try legacy type movement settings. With it I can dodge every red zone with ease.

I've seen enough places, especially on Titan, where 8 directions only is not enough to get you to safety. In most circumstances on Titan, yes you can. Just move in X direction. But sometimes you have to move in a direction that doesn't correspond to one of those 8. Meaning you have to turn them move, or move twice, which often means you get hit.
Just because you cant do it doesn't mean its imposable for some one to avoid stuff with just a keyboard.I've seen enough places, especially on Titan, where 8 directions only is not enough to get you to safety. Where did I say can't? Reread what Alhanelem posted that you responded to. "Mouse+keyboard greatly eases the process of moving to dodge." It does. Just because something can be done, does not mean it cannot be done better or easier. Like it or not, the game was not designed with Keyboard only in mind. Can it be done? Sure, but this is much different from the Gamepad vs Keyboard/Mouse argument people like to bring up. The differences are much larger, and clearer.
I know what it takes to make the movements. Also, you cannot get perfect angles when turning with the keyboard, unless you turn the turn speed way down, digital just does not compare to analog in this department. On keyboard, hit A+S to go down left, at a different angle than just hitting S. Timing how you hit A+S or when you release A and keep holding S adjusts your angle as you run. I find doing this gives me extremely good control over the angle and direction I am to run at. Additionally when holding down A+S you can spin camera with numeric keypad. So sometimes I do:
A, tinniest of pressure-time-pause, +S (now getting good angle to run at), then press 2->3->6 on keypad to spin camera to perfect angle, and flip fingers to W+A to run forward with camera now pointing in the direction I want.
I do this for every battle up to and including Titan HM, and can 100% say that direction control is not even on the list of issues. I think maybe some experimentation in using WASD + Number Keypad will help you see how powerful this combo is.
(You can also throw in an 'autorun' (I map to R) if you need to use fingers for something else, then un-auto-run to keep moving. Great if you need a moment to lift finger up to hit another key)
Again, I never said it could not be done.Well, no, you can't get perfect angles with the keyboard... I dare say I could not get perfect angles with a mouse either... I would not try to draw a French curve with either ^.^;; But I have yet to experience anything in game that requires any more precision than one can get with the keyboard. I would go so far as to say the level of control with the keyboard for 'angles' so is good that it is not even on the list of issues I have regarding control.
Which is why I persist... mayhap it's just a matter of practice or adjusting settings or fingers to accomplish this, or experiment with different layouts... because I assure you, the level of control is fine enough to avoid everything in Titan with the greatest of ease.
Before I say this next part, I'm not trying to force anything down anyone's throat.
The problem that people who quote preference always fail to get, is while yes, it can be done with practice or whatnot, but it's still inferior. That, unfortunately, is fact. The game is designed for two control methods, Keyboard Only is not one of them, as such it's not as efficient. If you put the same practice and effort into one of the other control methods, you could do better.
There likely will be no full KB/M UI for PS3, they mentioned somewhere it was left out due to memory limits on the PS3. PS4 however, can totally see it happening.okay um, you are all arguing PC controls, if you read the OP they asked for Keyboard controls on the PS3, which from everything I can find are clearly missing. if they were too give the PS3 the same Keyboard/Mouse controls the PC has it would give the OP exactly what they want since everything as far as I know can be controlled without the mouse.(though controlling the camera with the keyboard feels a bit lacking to me)

Anyway it comes down to personal preference I find it easier to dodge stuff with just keyboard and legacy controls.
