    not registered

    ok so i just input my credit card info into my account and tried to login, but it said my account needs to be registered blah blah blah and gave me a link to the mogstation in which it asked me to input my CC info again which i did, it said the action was complete and success and blah blah but on the mogstation it still shows up as not registered and i cant login and play the game. so wtf did i do wrong and wtf do i need to do now to renew my sub and play the game. this better not be taking extra $ off my card everytime iam forced to input my CC number

    Call customer support in your region and ask them what the problem is.

    The other answer is asking to give me all your account information along with your credit card number and I will try to run it through for you, however that would be a very bad idea to suggest. So I am not. I helped you, now please help me. I would like some blue berry muffins.

    I had a similar issue with subbing... subbing with a pre-paid CC here(pre-paid CC will not go through if the service is recurring..these CC companies only accept 1 time payments only)

    i did as yourself trying to sub but it was taking a $1 from me every time i tried,and still no sub service....... so i did all the steps.....called SE customer svce/called my credit card co. and none of this did or fixed a thing

    what i had to do was by CRYSTA and then sub with those using ultimatepay option

    this is the best i can do w/ the info you provided....all the blablabla was probably the info we needed to help you a bit better
