Bug with "Set Selection: Enable customization" for cross hotbar

Bug is repeatable.

Go in "Character configuration", "Hotbar Settings", then "Cross" tab.
Under "Set Selection", select "Enable Customization" as well as "Enable Customization for when weapon is drawn", then select Hotbar 1 and 2 for example for both settings.

After selecting those options and saving the settings, select your hotbar 2 in game, select a mob, then initiate a fight by selecting one of the abilities in hotbar 2. The ability will trigger, draw your weapon, then it will automatically change you to hotbar 1 without you having changed hotbar at all.
I believe the game transitions from "weapon sheathed" to "weapon unsheathed", does a check on which hotbars are authorized for that mode, then automatically defaults you to the hotbar with the lowest number amongst those, despite having an "authorized" hotbar already selected before the fight was started, thus causing a change of hotbar that was not needed or wanted by the player. This can be quite frustrating and I would like to see this bug fixed. Thank you.
