Unlikely with Steady Hand II.

Although it did happen to me once, but at that point I already had already made multiple HQ stacks of Electrum Ingot, Boar Leather, Undyed Wool, etc. so it didn't really matter.

But all you really need is 5 successful Hasty Touches to get 100% with Byregot's (4 with Innovation) for 100%. Miss one of those 4-5 and you'll still get to around 84%. My method gives you 7 tries.

Hmm ok, I'm working on getting Byregot so I don't know how much it adds yet. Getting Ingenuity II and Innovation are next on my list. Should make leveling other crafts a lot easier than spamming Steady Hands II boosted Hasty Touch like I am now.
