Spiritbond and Condition is wrong in "Expert Deliveries"

1. Use Unique/Untradable gear.
2. Let the spiritbond increase and condition decrease.
3. Go to turn in the gear to the Grand Company.
4. In the "Expert Delivery" screen, it shows the wrong condition and spiritbond of the item you're turning in.

I almost accidentally turned in something that I needed.
