Maybe one day when there is better theorycrafting this will be disproven, but for now, with my arbitrary weights, this appears to be the best?

you are trading 4 int points for secondary stats per one of the following items gloves, wrist & ring?

FYI: WP DMG > INT > Acc (437) > Crit > vit (4300+ with party buff) > DET > SS.

Relic AF (Myth): Head, Chest, Gloves, Ring, Neck & Wrist.

Allagan: Waist, Legs, Boots (save 395 Myth), Earrings, Ring.

The BiS changes if you get your hand on both Allagan WP and Shield but that ain't happing any time soon even for BG.
