Well, im new and i dont want to level a job up just to waste time and money. Since best equipment is probably dropped by bosses, my question would be, whether its worth to level armorer and blacksmith jobs?

Blacksmith may be worth it if only for the Ingenuity II ability and being able to craft the base relic weapon for Paladin and Warrior.
Armorer may be worth it if you plan on working with a lot of heavy armor and medium armor users, e.g. Warriors, Paladins, and Lancers who are pushing their gear to the limit before acquiring Coil drops and/or AF +1 drops. As well as assisting these players with melds into their armor. Some players may be using alts to run content like Coil more often and/or gear up a second job sooner with the mythology cap. These may be targets for your armorer wares (since you cannot trade tomestones of philosophy, but you can trade the materials and/or the finished products).
Can i make a nice amount of profit with it or is the job rather risky?
I think you may need other crafts to reliably take advantage of it the higher level recipes.
Your profit may come from the following:
1) Mining your own ore and shards.
2) Creating high-quality turn-in leve items to profit from other crafters.
3) Melding materia onto weapons and heavy/medium armor based on request for fees (e.g. 1000 per attempt at tier III/tier IV, it's not unreasonable).
And your profit may diminish as you:
1) Purchase items from the market boards.
2) Purchase tools, crafting clothes, and crafting accessories from the market boards.
I can't really say for end-game, as the finished products don't seem to sell as often (daily at least) as the ingredients used to make the end products (e.g. Coke).
Check the price of Coke on your server, then check the price of Heavy Darksteel [anything]. If the price of Heavy Darksteel is at least x10 the price of Coke, you may be able to make a profit. Then check how often those Heavy Darksteel products are selling.
e.g. Coke is 40k. Heavy Darksteel item is 400k or more.
There are some other items, but this is an example.
Armorer will offer you little until endgame, since most armors tiers are readily available as drops or GC items. Abilities are total crap as well. At endgame, you will have Heavy Darksteel chest/head and legs/feet, which are the only two tome-efficient crafts in the game. This will pretty much always be a profitable venture for you if you're willing to put in the time and effort to gear your ARM to 350 control and whatnot.
Blacksmith is pretty much totally useless for producing battle class equipment. You will really only produce only the 30-39 gap in GC weapons (assuming you never get the 35 one from Qarn) and do pre-relic meld/craft. Almost all the utility in Blacksmith right now is in making tools, including most Militia offhands (the ones for BSM, ARM, CRP, LTW, CUL, and ALC -- the other two are CRP). Sure is nice having tools for everything. I find that BSM is the most annoying craft to level, though. No good leves. Ingenuity II is totally unnecessary -- only increases progress compared to Ingenuity.

Blacksmith isn't useless, infact they're one of the decent crafters out there since they can craft almost all of the crafting tools needed by other crafters who's currently leveling, as for Armorers, I don't see any profit from them.
Blacksmith isn't useless but you may be hard pressed to make money from most high level stuff since that's where everyone automatically goes to make money. HQ'ing mid level craft tools can probably net you a decent profit, you just need to find the right ones, and it's easier than trying to do high level crafts without cross-class skills. This applies to all crafts and even the gathering classes. I've managed to sell some mid level hq botany items for 1k each, anything you can gather in flax range has potential because everyone automatically wants flax for weaving or to sell to weavers, but there are some items here and there that aren't commonly used, but when they are you want HQ ones (hq craft quest, lv70 crafts etc).

That's what I said. Blacksmith makes tools for other jobs, but to battle classes, they are useless -- no endgame crafts except the pre-relic and pretty well useless mid-game crafts. I will edit the post to be more clear.
Armorer is one of the fat cats, together with weaver, leatherworker and goldsmith.
The problem is their main big gains come from selling Darksteel armor (ilvl 70 crafted gear), and to HQ craft those reliably you'd need a lot of skills from other professions.
That depends, do you like Paladin and Warrior? If so then this would help otherwise not so much. Most other DOW classes use leather so not much incentive, unless you can craft Darksteel gear and read above post for problems with that.
