Your response and the response from GM and the follow up email from SE Support just proves none of you are reading the information I provided.

I was at Camp Horizon AFK, date, time specified were listed in the report. I was playing on my PC since FFXIV is only available on that system. Why you would ask if I was playing on PS2 or Xbox is ridiculous.
My ISP is Time Warner.
This has only occurred once, but I will reiterate what happened.

The game crashed sometime on Sunday between 9am and 8pm est. I purchased items from the market wards, roughly 200,000 gil worth of armor, weapons. The items were equipped and some sat in my inventory. Specific items I do not recall. I ported to Camp Horizon to go afk, seeking repairs on gear, leaving the game on at 9am est. I returned at 8pm est that same day to find the new equipment was gone, from my gear list and my inventory. My bazaar items seeking repairs were equipped on me and my gil was restored to previous levels before my purchases. My character was not engaging in battle, I was afk at the camp. When I logged on I was roughly 200 yards northeast of Camp Horizon.

In all honesty, I don’t care anymore. Its been so long and I have moved on. Its just unfortunate that there is no customer support worth a damn to even take 1 minute to read the full GM report, Email Support, or thread I posted on the issue. Customer service is dead, thanks anyways.
