I have a bard in my free company who has all his cross-classes and when I group with him I see him doing some crazy dps even when he uses Foe's Requiem to buff his dots, waaay better then me barding (I only have monk cross-class skills cause my main is a tank.) If you enjoy the bard class don't swap to another just because you wanna be able to use the LB. Raid wise I don't really even see the LB being used as much. On Titan HM my group really only uses it once. (Can't speak for Coil as I've never been in there.)
I didn't really think about all that. I suppose that is what makes me an average player rather than a great player.
