What level can you access nodes?

So I you to be lv 26+ to gather from lv 30 nodes. Correct?

I did get my miner to 50 a while ago now but yes that sounds correct.

Normally if i need a few more 1000s xp i tend to do 2-3 leves, if you have leves and aren't using them of course.
