Ability queue does not work for macroed actions

Hi,

I'm experiencing a bug wherein the ability queue (which allows one to activate an action slightly before the global cooldown has finished and still have it be executed) does not seem to function with macros.

With a normal (non-macroed) action button, I can activate the spell even during the last half-second of the GCD and the spell will be queued by the game and automatically cast once the GCD is finished. However, with macroed abilities this feature does not work, so I must either mash the key or be sure to press it after the global cooldown has completed.

The issue is easily reproducible by making a simple macro with an /action "Cure" <me> line in it and attempting to cast the spell by pressing it slightly early.
