Same. I used to mark sleepers, but then I realized that that should be their job. I mark on the fly, why can't they?I only mark using #1 then when about one skill chain rotation from it being dead, I switch to the next mob, start my rotation to get hate, then mark that #1 that gives the DD's time to know which mob to start attacking next, let's me build a little hate, and avoids a situation where I might change my mind which mob to attack next. I've seen many cases where marking is done, 1,2,3 but then for any number of reasons, we need to kill #3 before #2, or we get another add etc, this helps avoid confusion in this case. Plus, the game has a built in macro for attacking marked target #1, so no excuse for anyone attacking the wrong mob if I do this. This method seems to work best for my groups, and I've never had any complaints.
