Quick question. Are the PLDs Lalafell by any chance?

Apparently the enmity boost on Shield Oath is broken for Lalafells. Meaning we have to work harder to keep hate. Haven't had much of an issue but I've only done the last boss on T1 and didn't have any trouble with that.
