Gil & Allagan Tomestones missing repeated requests for help ignored & now more gone!

Explain Your Issue: I am currently on the World / Server Masamune (originally I was on Shiva server where 2 of these incidents happened) - You have had several Maintenance periods over the past month and a half. The first time this issue happened to me was the end of September - which I reported via email, to your GM's and also to your telephone Customer service center. I was bounced around from place to place with no answer and no help. Since then It has happened 2 more times. This issue has been a loss of Gil from my retainers. The first time was a bit over 200,000 gil that I had just made selling items in the Market board that I had hunted down and collected for just that purpose so I could earn some gil. The second time It happened was the first Week of October the amount was just over 170,000 gil. Then this not the last maintenance but the one on October 23rd 2013 I lost yet another 140,000 Gil .I have checked to see log ins and no one has used my playstation and I do not have game access via windows ..So no one could have used my account also I have lost quite a few tomestones of different types as well. I will just give you the total as to make it simple for you between the 2 times I lost tomestones I lost 690 Allagan Tomestones of Philosophy and 456 Allagan tomestones of mythology .. Also - I finally earned my Primal Weapon for White mage only to have it gone when I come back from maintenance - Ifrit's Cane - this seems to be a bit unfair to me. I worked hard to beat that thing multiple times. I have picked up weapons for other classes even ones I needed and a copy of one I did not by mistake Ifrit's Codex .. I Really did not need another one of these but I rolled on it without thinking when i was trying to get my Primal weapon before Maintenance. I got it just before , then suddenly its gone when I come back? I didnt even own the thing for an hour before I logged off the game. I never even got to see it used in battle. I am feeling very jilted by this. I paid good money to get this game and the collectors edition digital add on as well even though I was under the impression the music cd would be mailed to me and it wasn't. Now all this happens. The is down almost as much as it is up. Duty finder barely works. I cant earn gil most the time because of cheating bots farming monsters for materials to sell. The Gil I do get , gets mysteriously taken? Can you fix this or should I just play out my remainder of time on my subscription and cancel my membership and encourage others to not bother with this game because of all the corruption and favoritism that is going on toward Japanese players as well that I have seen? Should I give up ? Also I was only able to because of errors - able to transfer 1 character of my 4 that I wanted to transfer - during the free week and you limited the fact we could only transfer 1 ever 3 days.. Some free week, and with errors etc.. Seems very distasteful.. Now you want more than the monthly membership fee to transfer 1 single character? I could see maybe a $3.00 charge but this $18.00 charge is outrageous.
