Why does DF decide to END the party ???

If your in a DF group and if that group just somehow turns out to be
the BEST group you ever had using DF then why oh why does DF end the session after a WIN.

It should offer the GROUP to retry / play again without being kicked out.

Seriously.. Example you run Ifirit HM and you OWN it with the group your in.
The WHM in party gets the weapon drop. Rest of group still needs weapon..
Why cant the group hit a Retry option ? This needs to be done ASAP.

Absolutely agreed. Just like we also need to be able to Friends list off-server folks (and blacklist off-server folks too).

This really needs to be a thing.

Part of your wait time to get into an instance can be that the server handling the instance is full. In other words, your party can't just right back in without cutting the line. If those people in your 'party' are from another server... you can't be running around Coeurl with members in your party from Ragnarok. At least, as it stands.

It would be a great option, but I think serious revisions would need to be made to fit it into the system.

It's really counter-productive:
You try to learn a fight with new people (especially Garuda).
5 tries later you finally get it!
Forced to disband and start anew, rather than do it again now that you know how to win.

Not having this feature is a MASSIVE oversight. Just think how far this simple step would go to fix DPS queue times! Finally get in a group and you can stick with it, or queue for whoever leaves
