    Bard's Battle Voice

    Should I activate it before or during a song to apply its effects?

    All this time I have been activating it before a song since I thought it works like using Raging Strikes/etc before applying DoTs.

    It works either way. Probably best to use it after, or you're wasting 3 seconds of the buff while the song casts.
