    Linkshell at maximum capacity

Can someone please tell if or when the issue's concerning linkshell's will be addressed? The linkshell I am on now is at 115/128. There is no way to remove non-active players because they have to be in front of you to remove them. They are not active which makes that option obselete. We would really like to invite more friends but our only option now is to delete our linkshell and start a new one. We don't want to break the shell and restart as this may cause many complications to people that only log on occassionally. Other linkshells on our server are adding more shells. Unfortunately, the new people you add to the new shell can not see chat on the primary shell which is full. I would really like the "cap" on members to a shell be done away with. I would also really like it if the leader could kick non-active players at any time, not just when they are online. Please tell me if they are working on this and when, if ever, it will be changed to a better system.

The unfortunate and only solution at this point in time is what you mentioned in your post. Shatter your old shell and make a new one. If you announce it beforehand and set up a time to meet and give the active people new shells you should get back all the people that mattered. Those that log on rarely, if they had a strong connection to your LS, will send tells to friends who play more often within the LS to find out what's going on and eventually connect with a sack holder to get a new one. From personal experience of seeing this process implemented about 5 times now across 2 different shells, it's not as disastrous as one might think and actually does a good job of weeding out those people who didn't care about being in your LS to begin with and so are no real loss.

Rant aside I've heard nothing about this issue being addressed but it would be nice administratively if you could simply remove inactive people.

P.S. I can't imagine adding more shells helps, it causes exactly what you mentioned and makes for a ton of MT's and confusion. A clean and announced break and reform is where it's at.

im pretty sure SE is aware of this problem at present as communication plays a key role in these types of games how ever that being said doesnt change the fact that non active players take up shell capacity it will always happen and they key is in finding better linkshell companions on a counter not i do think the shell masters should have the ability to remove players from a shell no matter their position or connection status

    Signed.

Our LS has re-shelled 2 times already!

There is no reason that re-shell should be a term that players recognize. Please SE, implement LS management functions such as "remove" and the ability to add/remove when a player is far away or even offline.

    Thank you.

We have a large and sometimes rotating playerbase to draw from and every month or two have to delete the linkshell and start over because of the small limit and because there's no way to kick inactives. So annoying

This seems like something they will fix in the future. So maybe wait a little bit or just reshell like everyone says.

I really hope that the company system has provisions for this and that it's not even more limited
