    Payment is still broken after weeks.

    So I bought the game, went through all the drama with applying codes and not being able to change regions and all that, I dealt with it eventually, even though it never should have been an issue.

    Now, when the trial period ended, I had a Credit card I was going to buy 90 days with, it didn't work, it gave me Error 401, I thought maybe I misjudged how much was available and/or that the card was broken in some way, fine, I decided I didn't have time to deal with the game and left it for a few weeks, now that I know I have everything in order, the site insists on giving me Error 401, why has this not been fixed? Why is it still happening to people, so I thought fine, I'd get some crysta and do it the hard way, whenever I attempt to buy any, I get hit with Error 11000, this is just beyond ridiculous, not only are the Square Enix sites poorly laid out and confusing, With the newer site, and the older site we log into, and THEN the Mog Station as 3rd site we need to use, but it get's better because once you figure all that out, the systems all refuse to work properly, what is being done about this?

    I saw the GM give us an explanation of "It's not our fault, but yours" It's not my fault, it's the company SE USE to handle the payment's fault, someone at Square Enix made the the decision of "Ultimate Pay will handle subscription payment". We didn't choose it, we only have so many choices to choose from, because really simple and painless methods like Paypal for example aren't given to us as options, I could have been playing FF14 this entire month, enjoying the game, enjoying events like the Halloween thing which will probably end well before I get the chance to have a working subscription again.

    Really guys, why isn't this a priority issue, there appear to be quite a good number of players who can't get anything working, and all the people that do get to pay, have to do a whole bunch of tedious work a rounds just to get back into the game, surely it's clear there is a real problem here.
