What? Tell me you don't want that.

The abilities GLA used to have in 1.0 but were removed in the changeover (ala, Red Lotus, Aegis Boon and Phalanx). All I can think of is they were removed in preparation for use with new upcoming classes or Jobs, but I still miss them.
Also some kind of ability that changes Esuna from single target to party AoE if cast immediately after.
I want DIFFERENT limit break animation based on the job class.
I would like a support skill that makes it so skills that are not on the global cool-down can actually be used whenever you press them, rather than 1 second after using any skill. 5 seconds to get all my passive CDs up is just to long.
Mini-Limit breaks that build separately for each character, and each job could have their own unique limit break that is separate from the groups limit break. Could possibly be used to form skill chains as well. For example, as a SCH, as you heal or deal damage, your personal LB meter would fill, and when it reaches maximum, you could use it to put a shield on someone equal to their maximum HP on them. BLM's could have a single target damaging ability, something like Ultima. WHM's could have benediction as it is meant to be, full HP party + you are the tank. (No one uses the healer LB for healing hp, only the raise)
These are just some examples, but it could be an interesting concept. If you wanted to go the skill chain route with something like this, you could have 3 or so personal limit breaks for each job, that way you would have quite a few possible combinations for skill chains.

Gogo's Mimic ability.

I would like to see a true HoT based healer, something like the Warden spec from Rift (before they changed it to make it viable after it got nerfed to hell for PvP reasons) or Druid from WoW. SCH is "kinda" there but its more about the mitigation than HoTs, and the HoTs come from your faerie anyways.
Channeled spells! Does it blow your mind to know that there no abilities in this game that are channeled? On that note, a healing ability that is crazy strong, on a relatively long cooldown, but requires you to channel it for its full duration to get its maximum effect would be nice. (Downpour from Rift as an example, heals the party or raid for 10000 over 5 seconds or something like that, can't remember the numbers off the top of my head)
WHM particles looks positively boring, especially next to the hexagons and stuff from SCH. Give WHM its own unique particles, not the generic flashes of light and stuff we have now.

I would really like to see Blissfull Mind and Sacred Prism abilities returned to white mage.
